新一代通信技术在虚拟电厂中的应用研究OA
Research on the Application of New Generation Communication Technology in Virtual Power Plants
分布式电源、储能及可调负荷等资源是新型电力系统的重要组成部分,具有点多面广、类型复杂、单体容量较小等特点,虚拟电厂作为实现新型电力系统的重要手段,需要依靠安全、强大的通信网络实现灵活资源多层级聚合管理以及端对端的可信能源交易,新一代通信技术特别是5G、SPN、OSU、HPLC+HRF双模、云计算等技术的发展,为虚拟电厂信息流和控制流的低时延、高可靠传输奠定了基础.本文从虚拟电厂的发展历程、业务需求以及新一代通信技术的特性等方面进行分析,构建出两种适用于虚拟电厂的多主体异构融合网络架构,其中一种以SDH+OSU+OTN技术为核心架构,另一种以SPN+OTN+5G技术为核心架构,为未来虚拟电厂智能控制和信息交互的发展方向提供参考.
Distributed power supply,energy storage and adjustable load and other resources are important components of the new power system,with many points,types of complexity,small single capacity,etc.Virtual power plant as an important means of realizing the new power system needs to rely on a secure and powerful communication network to achieve multi-level aggregation management of flexible resources as well as end-to-end trustworthy energy transactions,and a new generation of communication technologies,especially 5G,SPN,OSU,HPLC+HRF dual-mode,cloud computing and other technologies have laid the foundation for low-latency,high-reliability transmission of information and control flows in virtual power plants.This paper analyzes the development history of virtual power plants,business requirements and the characteristics of new generation communication technologies,and constructs two kinds of multi-subject heterogeneous converged network architectures suitable for virtual power plants,one of which takes SDH+OSU+OTN technology as the core architecture,and one of which takes SPN+OTN+5G technology as the core architecture,which provides a new direction for the development of the future intelligent control and information interaction of virtual power plants.
