在全球能源结构转型与交通基础设施升级的双重驱动下,输电通道与交通桥梁共建模式成为破解土地资源约束、降低综合建设成本的重要创新路径.本文系统梳理输电通道与交通桥梁共建的发展现状,深入剖析其在法律规范不完善、跨部门协同机制缺失、技术融合瓶颈等方面面临的关键问题与挑战,并从政策引导、项目管理、技术创新、资金支持与国际合作五个方面提出推动该模式可持续发展的建议.
Under the dual drive of global energy structure transformation and transportation infrastructure upgrading,the co-construction mode of transmission corridors and transportation bridges has become an innovative approach to break the constraints of land resources and reduce comprehensive construction costs.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the co-construction of transmission lines and transportation bridges,the critical issues and challenges such as inadequate legal frameworks,lack of inter-departmental coordination mechanisms,and technical integration bottlenecks,are analyzed,and five development suggestions such as policy guidance,project management,technological innovation,financial support,and international cooperation are given for promoting the sustainable development of this model.
