本文针对新能源场站分散化、跨层级调度低效、数据孤岛林立及分析预测精度不足等问题,基于"集团-区域-场站"三级协同架构,融合人工智能技术,构建云边端智能协同的新能源智慧运营管控平台.平台通过数据湖技术实现标准化数据治理,构建新能源运营数据集支撑多层级AI模型训练与应用,创新设计以AI驱动的多级业务功能模块,通过多能协同与智慧决策的深度融合有效提升场站级智能运维水平、强化区域级预测调度能力、优化集团级全域资源配置效率,为新能源产业的高效运营提供技术支撑.

This paper addresses the challenges of decentralized new energy plant operations,inefficient cross-level scheduling,fragmented data silos,and insufficient accuracy in predictive analysis.Based on a three-tier collaborative architecture of"group-regional-field station",it integrates artificial intelligence(AI)technology to construct a cloud-edge-device intelligent collaboration platform for the smart operation and management of new energy.The platform employs data lake technology to achieve standardized data governance and builds a new energy operation dataset to support multi-level AI model training and application.It innovatively designs AI-driven multi-level business modules,including marketing management,equipment health,multi-energy coordination,and expert knowledge bases.Through the deep integration of multi-energy coordination and smart decision-making,the platform significantly enhances field-level intelligent operation and maintenance,strengthens regional predictive scheduling capabilities,and optimizes group-level resource allocation efficiency,providing technical support for the efficient operation of the new energy industry.
