多智能体嵌入市域产教联合体的逻辑机理与实践路径OA
The Logical Mechanism and Practical Path of Multi-Agent Embedding in Municipal Industry-Education Consortiums
以生成式人工智能与大语言模型为代表的技术,正推动人工智能从单一任务执行的智能体向关注多元协作的多智能体转型.多智能体凭借不同领域知识融合、去中心化多元决策、弹性化组织适配、人机协同互补等特征,深度融入市域产教联合体:在治理层面,平衡多元主体的自治性与协同性;在制度层面,兼顾政策设计的创新性与适应性;在目标层面,统筹政策目标的整体性与增值性.这种建构能够进一步在虚实结合中实现"他主同一",在整体布局下推动形态创新,在智能协同下驱动"四链"融合,从而形成多智能体嵌入市域产教联合体的逻辑机理.因此,多智能体嵌入市域产教联合体的过程中,应通过构建制度伦理框架以引导多智能体有序嵌入,建设数据驱动的数字基座以贯通"四链"异构资源,健全多方协同的运行机制以保障系统稳定运行,加强人本导向的功能迭代以实现系统持续优化等实践路径,打造产教融合的新范式.
Technologies such as generative AI and large language models are driving the transformation of artificial intelligence from single-task-executing agents to multi-agent that emphasize multi-stakeholder collaboration.Multi-agent,with features such as interdisciplinary knowledge integration,decentralized and diversified decision-making,flexible organizational adaptability,and human-machine collaboration and complementarity,is deeply embedded in municipal industry-education consortiums:at the governance level,it is necessary to balance the autonomy and synergy of multiple subjects;at the institutional level,it is necessary to take into account both the innovation and adaptability in policy design;and at the objective level,it is necessary to coordinate the integrity and value-added nature of policy goals.This alignment can further achieve heteronomy-autonomy unity in the integration of virtual and real scenarios,promote morphological innovation within an overall framework,and drive the integration of the four chains through intelligent collaboration,thereby forming the logical mechanism for multi-agent embedding in municipal industry-education consortiums.Therefore,in the process of multi-agent embedding,practical pathways should include establishing an institutional and ethical framework to guide orderly embedding;building data-driven digital infrastructure to connect heterogeneous resources across the four chains;improving multi-stakeholder collaborative operational mechanisms to ensure system stability;and enhancing human-oriented functional iteration to achieve continuous system optimization,thereby creating a new paradigm for the integration between industry and education.
