通过对国能(绥中)发电有限责任公司 1000 MW超超临界机组锅炉燃烧系统问题分析,提出解决方案,开展1000 MW超超临界机组 2 台磨煤机一次风粉智能监测控制系统研究与应用,实现一次风粉流速、质量流量、浓度、煤粉细度和热值的智能测量,以及一次风粉流速、浓度和流量的在线调整,通过在线监测技术对燃烧控制策略和方式的优化设计,解决炉内温度场紊乱、热负荷不均匀现象及控制烟气侧和蒸汽侧温度偏差问题,从而提高燃煤机组低负荷运行的安全性、灵活性与经济性.

Through the analysis of the problems in the combustion system of the 1000 MW ultra-supercritical unit boiler of Guoneng(Suizhong)Power Generation Co.,Ltd.,it proposes solutions.It carries out the research and application of the intelligent monitoring and control system for the primary air and pulverized coal of two coal mills in the 1000 MW ultra-supercritical unit.It realizes the in-telligent measurement of the primary air and pulverized coal velocity,mass flow rate,concentration,particle fineness,calorific value and the online adjustment of the primary air and pulverized coal velocity,concentration,and flow rate.Through the optimized design of combustion control strategies and methods by online monitoring technology,it solves the problems of disorderly temperature field in the furnace,uneven heat load,and temperature deviation control on the flue gas side and steam side,thereby improving the safety,flexibility and economy of low-load operation of coal-fired units.
