海上风电集群经HVDC并网的优化控制策略OA
Optimal Control Strategy for Offshore Wind Power Cluster Connected to Grid Via HVDC
柔性直流输电广泛应用于海上风电并网系统,海上风电纳入电网以安全性和经济性为前提.针对陆上电网对海上风电集群的接纳能力和海上风电集群并网时的经济成本优化问题,首先,提出海上风电集群经HVDC并网的优化控制策略,分别建立了海上风电集群的投资成本模型、年运行维护成本和年损耗成本;其次,构建了海上风电集群经HVDC并网的综合成本最小化目标函数,同时建立约束条件以保证电力系统运行在可行范围内;最后,通过仿真算例验证了所提优化控制策略能够减少系统运行成本,维持系统稳定运行.
Flexible DC transmission is widely applied in offshore wind power grid connection systems.The integration of offshore wind power into the grid is based on the premise of safety and economy.According to the acceptance capacity of onshore power grids for off-shore wind power clusters and the optimization of economic costs when offshore wind power clusters are connected to the grid,firstly,it proposes an optimized control strategy for the grid connection of offshore wind power clusters via HVDC.It respectively establishes the investment cost model,annual operation and maintenance cost and annual loss cost of offshore wind power clusters.Then,it con-structs the objective function of the integrated cost minimization of the offshore wind power cluster connected to the grid via HVDC,and establishes the constraint conditions to maintain the operation of the power system within the feasible range.Finally,the simulation exam-ple verifies that the proposed optimization control strategy can reduce the system operation cost and maintain the stable operation of the system.
