基于双目视觉的电力物资三维模型构建及检测技术研究OA
Research on 3D Model Construction and Detection Technology of Power Materials Based on Binocular Vision
以输电线路电力金具为研究对象,首先,采用数字化三维激光扫描技术,分析三维激光扫描原理及误差来源,并对金具表面三维点云数据进行采集,借助HyperScan软件完成逆向建模,建立金具三维数据模型,为电力物资样品数字化保存提供了快捷手段;其次,应用Polyworks检测软件,分析金具外观特征并建立模型基准对齐方法,获得三维模型与CAD设计图纸模型全方位的偏差分布;最后,评估了三维逆向建模的尺寸检测技术与数显电子游标卡尺测量方法的测量不确定度,为三维逆向建模检测技术提供了科学的评估方法.
Taking the hardware of power transmission lines as the research subject,firstly,it adopts digital 3D laser scanning tech-nology to analyze the principle of 3D laser scanning and the sources of errors,and collects the 3D point cloud data on the surface of the hardware.With the help of HyperScan software,it completes reverse modeling and establishes a three-dimensional data model of the hardware,providing a fast means for the digital preservation of power material samples.Secondly,by applying the Polyworks detec-tion software,it analyzes the appearance features of the hardware and establishes a model reference alignment method to obtain the all-round deviation distribution between the 3D model and the CAD design drawing model.Finally,it evaluates the measurement uncer-tainty of the three-dimensional reverse modeling size inspection technology and the digital display electronic vernier caliper measurement method,providing a scientific evaluation method for the three-dimensional reverse modeling detection technology.
