基于固有应变法的LNG储罐筒体与封头焊接仿真OA
Simulation of Cylinder and Head Welding of LNG Storage Tank based on Natural Strain Method
为优化LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas)储罐的焊接施工作业,提高结构件的安全性和使用寿命,基于固有应变法建立LNG储罐筒体与封头的焊接施工仿真模型,求解并分析得到结构件的焊接变形和应力变化规律.结果表明:焊接残余应力主要集中在马板装夹点,最大残余应力为512.5 MPa,焊接残余变形主要集中在焊缝区域,最大变形为19.4 mm.为减少残余变形和应力,实际焊接时应调整LNG储罐各组件的配合状态,避免多条焊缝在同一区域相交.适当采用分段跳焊法进行焊接,并对焊后结构件进行去应力退火.所得结论可为优化LNG储罐焊接施工作业,延长结构件的使用寿命提供理论指导.
In order to optimize the welding operation of LNG storage tank and improve the safety and service life of the structural parts,the welding construction simulation model of LNG storage tank cylinder and head was established based on the inherent strain method,and the welding deformation and stress variation laws of the structural parts were solved and ana-lyzed.The results show that the welding residual stress is mainly concentrated in the clamping point of the horse plate,the maximum residual stress is 512.5 MPa,and the welding residual deformation is mainly concentrated in the weld area,the maximum deformation is 19.4 mm.In order to reduce residual deformation and stress,the matching state of each component of the LNG storage tank should be adjusted during actual welding to avoid multiple welds intersecting in the same area.The step skip welding method is used for welding,and the stress relief annealing is carried out on the welded structural parts.The conclusion can provide theoretical guidance for optimizing the welding operation of LNG storage tank and prolonging the service life of structural parts.
