针对卡车车架与底板不同板厚Q355B低合金高强钢的连接需求,对比了传统MAG焊与激光叠焊的工艺特性与接头性能.通过优化激光功率、摆动宽度及焊接速度等参数进行激光叠焊工艺试验,并采用X射线探伤、宏观金相分析及力学测试进行评价.结果表明,激光叠焊最优工艺参数为:激光功率2.1~2.7 kW、摆动宽度3~4 mm、焊接速度12~14 mm/s.在此参数下,焊缝成形连续均匀,熔宽为3.3~4.4 mm,底板侧熔深达1.4~2.8 mm,显著优于MAG焊焊缝(熔宽9.3 mm,底板熔深仅0.4 mm).尽管激光叠焊接头内部存在匙孔型气孔,但其剪切力(32.4~35.5 kN)及多组参数下的撕裂力均高于MAG焊(剪切力30.1 kN,撕裂力10.9 kN),且断裂位置由MAG焊的热影响区转移至母材.研究表明,激光叠焊在焊接效率与接头力学性能上均优于MAG焊,满足工程应用要求.

This paper systematically compares the process characteristics and joint performance of traditional MAG welding and laser overlay welding for joining dissimilar-thickness Q355B low-alloy high-strength steel sheets in truck frames(1.5 mm)and bottom plates(2.8 mm).Laser overlay welding experiments were conducted by optimizing parameters such as la-ser power,oscillation width,and welding speed.The welds were evaluated using X-ray inspection,macrostructural analysis,and mechanical testing.The results show that the optimal process parameters for laser overlay welding are:laser power 2.1-2.7 kW,oscillation width 3-4 mm,and welding speed 12-14 mm/s.Under these parameters,the weld exhibits continuous and uniform formation with a width of 3.3-4.4 mm and a penetration depth into the bottom plate of 1.4-2.8 mm,significantly su-perior to the MAG weld(weld width 9.3 mm,penetration depth into the bottom plate only 0.4 mm).Although keyhole-type porosity exists in the laser overlay welded joints,their shear strength(32.4-35.5 kN)and tear strength under most parameters are higher than those of the MAG weld(shear strength 30.1 kN,tear strength 10.9 kN).Moreover,the fracture location shifts from the heat-affected zone in MAG welding to the base metal in laser overlay welding.The study demonstrates that laser overlay welding outperforms traditional MAG welding in both welding efficiency and mechanical joint performance,meet-ing the requirements for engineering applications.
