不同生长点习性甘蓝型冬油菜抗寒性与生理生化特性关系OA
Relationship Between Cold Resistance and Physiological and Biochemical Characteristics of Winter Rapeseed with Different Growing Habits
[目的]探究不同生长点习性甘蓝型冬油菜抗寒性差异机理,选育适宜北方寒旱区种植的超强抗寒甘蓝型冬油菜栽培种.[方法]以6份生长点凹凸程度不同的甘蓝型冬油菜为试验材料,研究低温胁迫对各试验材料生长习性、越冬率、根颈直径、细胞保护性酶(SOD、POD、CAT)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、可溶性蛋白(SP)含量和游离脯氨酸(Pro)含量的影响.[结果]与生长点凸起生长习性的冬油菜相比,生长点凹陷生长习性的冬油菜植株各部位具有较高的SOD、POD、CAT酶活性、SP、Pro和较低的MDA含量;生长点凹陷程度越大,其根颈直径越大、叶绿素a含量和越冬率也越高.[结论]相关生理生化指标在一定程度上能够反映不同生长点习性甘蓝型冬油菜的抗寒性.
[Objective]To investigate the specific mechanism underlying the cold resistance habit of the growing point in winter Brassica na-pus,it is advisable to choose a cultivar with superior cold resistance for cultivation in the cold and dry regions of northwest China.[Method]This study utilized six winter rapeseed varieties with varying degrees of concave and convex growth patterns as experimental materials.The research focused on investigating the effects of low temperature stress on the growth habits,winter survival rates,root collar diameters,and the activity of cell protective enzymes(SOD,POD,CAT)as well as MDA content,soluble protein(SP)content,and free proline(Pro)content in the test materials.[Result]The activities of SOD,POD,and CAT enzymes,as well as the content of SP,Pro,and MDA,were higher in all parts of winter rapeseed plants with concave growing points compared to those with convex growing points.Moreover,the greater the degree of depression of the growing point,the larger the diameter of the root neck,the higher the content of chlorophyll a,and the overwintering rate.[Conclusion]Physio-logical and biochemical indexes are found to vary in response to the cold hardiness of winter rapeseed,reflecting differences in their growth habits.
