高比例新能源电力系统频率测量点选取及区域一次调频能力评估OA
Frequency measurement point selection and regional primary frequency regulation capability assessment in high-penetration renewable energy power systems
高比例新能源替代传统同步机组接入电力系统致使系统惯量支撑和一次调频能力弱化,系统频率响应的时空分散性日益凸显.传统方法以统一的系统频率评估各个机组的一次调频能力,其评估误差将持续增加,导致机组参与频率响应的主动性明显下降.针对以上问题,提出了一种高比例新能源电力系统频率测量点选取及区域一次调频能力评估方法.基于改进LeaderRank算法计算节点重要性指标,选取系统关键节点作为频率测量点;基于斯皮尔曼相关系数定义频率响应相似度指标,围绕频率测量点进行系统分区,按模块度指标对最优分区结果进行研判;定义新能源机组的一次调频能力评估指标,结合频率测量点与分区结果对各区域内机组一次调频能力进行评估,在改进标准39节点系统中验证了所提方法的有效性.
The increasing integration of renewable energy sources replacing conventional synchronous generators in power systems has led to weakened system inertia support and reduced primary frequency regulation capability,with growing spatiotemporal dispersion of frequency response.Conventional methods that evaluate the primary frequency regulation capability of individual units using a uniform system frequency exhibit increasing assessment errors,re-sulting in significantly diminished proactive participation of generation units in frequency response.To address these challenges,this paper proposes a novel method for frequency measurement point selection and regional primary fre-quency regulation capability assessment in high-penetration renewable energy power systems.The approach utilizes an improved LeaderRank algorithm to calculate node importance indices and identify critical system nodes as fre-quency measurement points.Frequency response similarity metrics are defined using Spearman's rank correlation coefficients to facilitate system partitioning around these measurement points,with optimal partitioning determined through modularity analysis.New assessment metrics for primary frequency regulation capability of renewable en-ergy units are established,enabling assessment of unit capabilities within each region by integrating frequency mea-surement points with partitioning results.The effectiveness of the proposed method is validated through simulations on a modified IEEE 39-bus test system.
