新型被动采样器的研制、验证和监测痕量有机污染物的应用OA

被动采样技术自20世纪70年代兴起,因为适应环境监测要求而逐渐发展,成为一项关键的技术.结合传统被动采样器的原理和微孔结构材料,开发出了一种名为ChemTRAP®的被动采样器,该采样器成本低廉、部署简便,并配备了相应的回收系统,以开展主、被动采样研究.通过使用自制的采样系统进行了为期14 d的室内实验,评估了目标物在采样器上的吸附动力学过程,并检验了其监测水体中痕量污染物的准确性.采样速率可以通过控制实验确定,通过计算控制实验中目标物在采样器中的积累量、水体中的浓度以及部署时间来得出.结果显示:在部署时间内,β-氯萘、阿特拉津、蒽、芴、芘、磷酸三邻甲苯酯(ToCP)这6种污染物均表现出线性的吸附特征,反映了吸附动力学过程,其采样速率(RS)在0.78~2.52 mL‧d-1之间,表明该采样器能够有效评估目标物在水体中的浓度.

Passive sampling technology,which emerged in the 1970s,has established itself as a critical method as it fulfills the requirements of environmental monitoring.The development of the ChemTRAP® passive sampler represents the integration of the foundational concepts of classic passive samplers with innovative microporous structural materials.This sampler stands out for its cost-efficiency,simplicity in deployment,and its integration with a tailored recovery system,facilitating both active and passive sampling studies.A 14-day indoor trial utilizing a custom-built sampling system was carried out to assess the adsorption kinetics of target substances onto the sampler and to verify the precision of detecting trace pollutants within aquatic environments.The sampling rate was quantified through controlled experiments,taking into account the accumulation of the target substance within the sampler,the concentration within the water body,and the duration of deployment.The findings revealed that over the deployment period,all six pollutants,including β-chloronaphthalene,atrazine,anthracene,fluorene,pyrene,and tris-o-cresyl phosphate(ToCP),displayed consistent linear adsorption characteristics,indicative of the kinetic adsorption process.The determined sampling rates(RS)fell within the range of 0.78 to 2.52 mL‧d-1,confirming the sampler's efficacy in assessing the concentration of target substances in water systems.
