城市两居室住宅室内的功能分区与空间利用率提升设计实践OA

As China's urbanization enters a high-quality development phase,compact residential layouts have become the mainstream.Two-bedroom units,serving as the primary housing configuration for nuclear families,face a prominent contradiction between limited space and multifunctional demands.Guided by the policy framework of the"14th Five-Year Plan"for Urban-Rural Living Environment Development,this study integrates architectural and environmental behavior theories to explore spatial efficiency enhancement through dynamic functional zoning and three-dimensional spatial strategies.The research demonstrates that scientific design interventions can significantly improve the adaptability,comfort,and sustainability of residential spaces,providing an academically valuable and practically significant reference pathway for refined urban housing design.
