基于微信开放平台的医院应急医疗设备调配管理系统设计与应用评价OA
Design and application of allocation management system based on WCOP for emergently medical equipment of hospital
目的:设计基于微信开放平台(WCOP)的医院应急医疗设备调配管理系统,实现对医疗设备调配的全过程化管理并评价应用效果.方法:基于WCOP的医院应急医疗设备调配管理系统主要涵盖表现层、应用层、业务逻辑层和数据层4层架构,包括应急设备管理、应急调配、智能决策和协同沟通4个核心功能模块.选择2022年1月至2023年1月武汉市精神卫生中心目前在用的80台应急医疗设备,采用随机数表法将其分为两组,每组40台,分别应用常规调配模式和基于WCOP的医院应急医疗设备调配管理系统调配模式(简称WCOP系统调配模式)进行管理,对比不同模式下应急医疗设备调配管理成效、调配管理规范度、设备成本效益增幅以及调配管理满意度.结果:WCOP系统调配模式下的医疗设备调配响应时间、调配出库时间、配入库时间分别为(24.98±4.02)、(11.54±3.14)和(10.22±3.47)min,均显著少于常规调配模式,差异有统计学意义(t=11.170、13.188、9.425,P<0.05);WCOP系统调配模式下医疗设备的使用率、完好率、调配及时率显著高于常规调配模式,设备闲置率显著低于常规管理模式,差异有统计学意义(t=10.691、9.002、7.569、8.132,P<0.05);WCOP系统调配模式下医疗设备运行效益、保障费用、诊治收费增幅均显著高于常规调配模式,差异有统计学意义(t=5.077、11.077、10.316,P<0.05);设备调配管理人员、设备维修调试人员及设备库管员对医疗设备采用WCOP系统调配模式下的调配管理满意度评分均显著高于常规调配模式,差异有统计学意义(t=5.940、7.437、8.362,P<0.05).结论:基于WCOP的医院应急医疗设备调配管理系统可实时掌握设备运行动态,降低运行风险,提升设备调配管理成效和管理规范度,增加设备成本效益增幅,提高相关人员调配管理满意度.
Objective:To design an allocation management system based on Wechat Open Platform(WCOP)for emergently medical equipment of hospital,so as to achieve full-process management in allocation for medical equipment.Methods:The allocation management system based on WCOP for emergently medical equipment of hospital mainly covered 4 architectures,including the presentation layer,application layer,business logic layer and data layer.At the same time,it included 4 core functional models,which were respectively management for emergently equipment,emergent allocation,intelligent decision-making and collaborative communication.This study selected 80 used emergent medical equipment at Wuhan Mental Health Center from January 2022 to January 2023.They were divided into two groups by using random number method,with 40 equipment in each group.The two groups were managed respectively by conventional allocation mode and the allocation mode of allocation management system based on WCOP for emergently medical equipment of hospital(abbreviation:WCOP system allocation mode).The benefit and standardization of allocation management,the increased degree of cost-effectiveness of equipment,and the satisfaction of allocation management of emergently medical equipment under different modes were compared.Results:The response time,ex-warehouse time and in-warehouse time of allocation for medical equipment under the WCOP system allocation mode were respectively(24.98±4.02)min,(11.54±3.14)min and(10.22±3.47)min,all of which were significantly shorter than those under the conventional allocation mode(t=11.170,13.188,9.425,P<0.05).The utilization rate and integrity rate of medical equipment,and timeliness rate of allocation for medical equipment under WCOP system allocation mode were significantly higher than those of the conventional allocation mode,and the idleness rate of equipment was significantly lower than that of the conventional management mode(t=10.691,9.002,7.569,8.132,P<0.05).The increased degrees of the operating efficiency,guarantee cost,and charges of diagnosis and treatment under WCOP system allocation mode were significantly higher than those under conventional allocation mode,and the differences were significant(t=5.077,11.077,10.316,P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of managers of allocating equipment,personnel of maintenance and debugging for equipment,and storekeepers for medical equipment under the WCOP system allocation mode were significantly higher than those of the conventional allocation mode(t=5.940,7.437,8.362,P<0.05).Conclusion:The allocation management system based on WCOP for emergently medical equipment of hospital can grasp the operational status of the equipment in real time,and reduce operation risks,and improve the effectiveness and standardization of management in allocating equipment,and enhance the increased degree of cost-effectiveness of equipment,and enhance the satisfaction of relevant personnel in allocation management.
