为探究壳寡糖(COS)浸根与叶面喷施对北疆引种西梅生长及光合特性的影响,以斯泰勒西梅为试材,设置浸根(S1)、叶面喷施(S2)、浸根+叶面喷施(S1+S2)和对照(CK)4个处理,探究其对植株生长、光合参数及干物质积累的影响.结果表明:S1+S2处理显著促进了西梅生长,定植当年株高和叶面积分别较CK提高15.6%、22.5%,次年分别提高13.4%、19.3%;定植当年叶片SPAD值、净光合速率和气孔导度分别较CK提高10.9%、15.1%、32.5%;实际光化学效率(Φ PS Ⅱ)和光化学猝灭系数(qP)提高,光能利用效率优化;定植次年干物质累积量较CK显著增加33.4%,并显著高于其他单一处理.综上,250 mg/L壳寡糖液浸根结合叶面喷施处理可通过改善光合性能与植株生长,有效增强北疆引种西梅的抗逆性并促进生物量积累.试验结果可为干旱区果树栽培技术优化提供理论依据与实践参考.

To investigate the effects of chitooligosaccharide(COS)root soaking and foliar spraying on the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of introduced Prunus domestica in northern Xinjiang,this study utilized the'Stella'plum cultivar with four treatments:control(CK),root soaking(S1),foliar spraying(S2),and combined root soaking+foliar spraying(S1+S2).The impacts on plant growth,photosynthetic parameters,and dry matter accumulation were analyzed.Results indicated that the S1+S2 treatment significantly enhanced plum growth,increasing plant height and leaf area by 15.6%and 22.5%,respectively,compared to CK in the first year after planting,and by 13.4%and 19.3%in the second year.Concurrently,S1+S2 significantly improved SPAD values,net photosynthetic rate,and stomatal conductance by 10.9%,15.1%,and 32.5%,respectively,in the first year,while optimizing light energy utilization efficiency through increased actual photochemical efficiency(ΦPS Ⅱ)and photochemical quenching coefficient(qP).Ultimately,S1+S2 resulted in a 33.4%increase in dry matter accumulation compared to CK in the second year,significantly outperforming other single treatments.In conclusion,the combined COS root soaking and foliar spraying treatment effectively enhanced stress resistance and promoted biomass accumulation in introduced Prunus domestica by improving photosynthetic performance and plant establishment.This study provides theoretical and practical insights for optimizing fruit tree cultivation techniques in arid regions.
