以映霜红桃为试材,探究不同施肥处理对桃果实品质、产量及土壤养分状况的影响.结果表明:优化施用化肥减量30%+有机肥2 000 kg处理桃树产量、单果重及果实维生素C含量、可溶性固形物含量、总酚含量分别较不施肥对照显著提高了 111.25%、53.67%、37.77%、40.91%、28.49%;同时,果实硬度、果实密度、果实可滴定酸含量分别较不施肥对照显著降低了 3.12%、6.25%、21.88%.与不施肥对照相比,施用有机肥替代化肥处理能显著增加土壤碱解氮、有效磷、速效钾含量,增幅分别为57.82%、399.86%、100.55%.综上,施用有机肥替代化肥能有效提高桃产量,改善果实品质及土壤养分状况.推荐优化施用化肥减量30%+有机肥2 000 kg并进行推广使用.

The effects of different fertilization treatments on peach quality,yield,and soil nutrient status using'Yingshuanghong'peach(Prunus persica L.)as the experimental material were investigated in this study.The results demonstrated that the optimized fertilization treatment(30%chemical fertilizer reduction combined with 2,000 kg organic fertilizer)significantly enhanced peach yield,single fruit weight,vitamin C content,soluble solids content,and total phenolic content by 111.25%,53.67%,37.77%,40.91%,and 28.49%,respectively,compared to the control without fertilization.Concurrently,this treatment significantly reduced fruit hardness,fruit density,and titratable acid content by 3.12%,6.25%,and 21.88%.Compared to the control without fertilization,the treatment of replacing chemical fertilizer with organic fertilizer significantly increased soil alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen,available phosphorus,and available potassium contents by 57.82%,399.86%,and 100.55%,respectively.These findings indicate that partial substitution of chemical fertilizers with organic amendments effectively improves peach production,enhances fruit quality parameters,and optimizes soil nutrient availability.Based on the comprehensive experimental data,the optimized fertilization strategy involving 30%chemical fertilizer reduction combined with 2,000 kg organic fertilizer application is recommended for widespread adoption in peach orchard management.
