沸石在安格斯公牛上的耐受性评价OA
Evaluation of the tolerability of zeolite on angus bulls
本研究旨在通过饲粮添加不同水平沸石对安格斯公牛生长性能、养分表观消化率、血液生理生化指标的影响,评价肉牛对沸石的耐受性.选取18头体重为(730.40±11.19)kg的安格斯公牛,随机分为3组,每组6头牛,对照组(CON组)饲喂基础饲粮,有效组(E组)在基础饲粮的基础上添加0.4%沸石,耐受组(10E组)添加4%沸石.试验期49 d,其中预饲期7 d,正式期42 d.结果表明:1)饲粮中添加有效剂量即0.4%的沸石可以显著提高肉牛的生长性能(P<0.05),添加耐受剂量即4.0%的沸石对肉牛生长性能无显著影响(P>0.05).2)饲粮中添加有效剂量即0.4%的沸石可以显著提高粗蛋白的表观消化率(P<0.05),具有提高中性洗涤纤维表观消化率的趋势(P=0.089),添加耐受剂量即4.0%的沸石对各养分表观消化率无显著影响(P>0.05).3)饲粮中添加有效剂量即0.4%的沸石对血常规、血清生化、血清免疫指标无显著影响(P>0.05),可以显著提高机体的抗氧化及抗炎能力(P<0.05),添加耐受剂量即4.0%的沸石对血液生化指标无显著影响(P>0.05),但会显著降低机体的抗氧化及抗炎能力(P<0.05).综上,饲粮中添加4.0%的沸石对育肥肉牛生长性能、养分表观消化率、血清生化指标无负面影响,但对血清抗氧化、血清炎症因子指标产生负面影响,表明在肉牛育肥饲粮中添加沸石的耐受剂量低于4.0%.因此,在实际生产中推荐使用0.4%的沸石添加水平,可在保障动物健康的前提下有效提高肉牛生产效益.
This research aimed to evaluate the tolerance of beef cattle to zeolite by examing the effects of adding different levels of zeolite in the diet on the growth performance,apparent nutrient digestibility,and blood physiological and biochemical indices of Angus bulls.Eighteen Angus bulls with a body weight of(730.40±11.19)kg were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups,with 6 bulls in each group.The control group(CON group)was fed a basal diet,the effective group(E group)was fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.4%zeolite,and the tolerance group(10E group)was fed the basal diet supplemented with 4.0%zeolite.The experimental period was 49 days,including a 7 day pre-feeding period and a 42 day formal period.The results showed that:1)Adding an effective dose of 0.4%zeolite in the diet can significantly improve the growth performance of beef cattle(P<0.05),while adding a tolerance dose of 4.0%zeolite had no significant effect on the growth performance of beef cattle(P>0.05).2)Adding an effective dose of 0.4%zeolite in the diet can significantly increase the apparent digestibility of crude protein(P<0.05),and there was a tendency to increase the apparent digestibility of neutral detergent fiber(P=0.089),and adding a tolerance dose of 4.0%zeolite had no significant effect on the apparent digestibility of various nutrients(P>0.05).3)Adding an effective dose of 0.4%zeolite in the diet had no significant effect on blood routine,serum biochemistry,and serum immune indices(P>0.05),but can significantly improve the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory capacities of the body(P<0.05).Adding a tolerance dose of 4.0%zeolite had no significant effect on blood biochemical indices(P>0.05),but significantly reduce the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory capacities of the body(P<0.05).In conclusion,adding 4.0%zeolite in the diet of fattening beef cattle had no negative effects on the growth performance,apparent nutrient digestibility,and serum biochemical indices of fattening beef cattle,but had negative effects on serum antioxidant and serum inflammatory factor indices,indicating that the tolerance dose of zeolite added in the fattening diet of beef cattle was less than 4.0%.Therefore,in practical production,a supplementation level of 0.4%zeolite is recommended,which can effectively enhance beef cattle production performance while ensuring animal health.
