为选育优质抗寒酿酒葡萄新品种,以欧亚种葡萄'紫大夫'与'爱格丽'的正反交子代为试验材料,利用差热分析技术,于2023-2025年连续3年对244个种内杂交子代冬芽高温半致死温度(mHTE)和低温半致死温度(mLTE)进行遗传分析与综合评价.结果表明:1)杂交后代群体冬芽mHTE和mLTE值是连续分布的,符合正态或偏正态;正反交组合子代冬芽mHTE和mLTE值的遗传传递力均在80%以上,广义遗传力介于0.61~0.80.2)冬芽mHTE和mLTE值存在一定的正相关关系,2023、2024和2025年相关性系数分别为0.549 8、0.513 9和0.303 6;回归模型的判定系数年份之间差异较大,2023、2024和2025年判定系数分别为0.302 3、0.264 1和0.092 1.3)综合连续3年冬芽mHTE和mLTE值,224个欧亚种内杂交子代中,C6组合的2106007、2006008和2006014,以及C10组合的2110007和2010031可作为抗寒优系.欧亚种葡萄的抗寒性属于数量性状遗传,欧亚种葡萄进行种内杂交可以创制出少数抗寒优系.

To breed high-quality and cold-resistant wine grape varieties,the reciprocal cross progenies of Eurasian grape'Dunkelfelder'and'Ecolly'were used as experimental materials,the genetic analysis and comprehensive evaluation of winter bud mean high-temperature exotherm(mHTE)and mean low-temperature exotherm(mLTE)of 244 intraspecific Hybrid Progenies of'Dunkelfelder'and'Ecolly'were carried out in 2023,2024 and 2025 by using differential thermal analysis(DTA).The results showed that:1)The mHTE and mLTE values of winter buds in the intraspecific hybrids were continuously distributed,conforming to a normal or skewed normal distribution;The heritability of mHTE and mLTE values in the winter buds of the progenies of reciprocal crosses was more than 80%,and the generalized heritability ranged from 0.61 to 0.80.2)There was a positive correlation between the mHTE and mLTE values of winter buds,and the correlation coefficients in 2023,2024 and 2025 are 0.549 8,0.513 9 and 0.303 6,respectively.The judgment coefficients of the regression model differ greatly between years,the determination coefficients in 2023,2024 and 2025 are 0.302 3,0.264 1 and 0.092 1,respectively.3)According to the mHTE and mLTE values of winter buds for three consecutive years,among the 224 intraspecific hybrids of Vitis vinifera L.,2106007,2006008 and 2006014 of combination six,and 2110007 and 2010031 of combination ten can be regarded as the better cold-resistant strains.This study revealed that the cold resistance in V.vinifera belongs to quantitative trait inheritance,and a few superior strains of cold resistance can be created by intraspecific hybridization.
