施用农用酵素对大豆种子萌发及幼苗生长发育的影响OA

Effects of agricultural Jiaosu application on soybean seed germination and seedling growth and development

为探究农用酵素对大豆种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,以'中华皇1号'为试材,在发芽试验中设置农用酵素稀释80×(J80)、100×(J100)、120×(J120)3个浓度处理,以清水浸种为对照(CK),根据种子的发芽势和发芽率,筛选最适酵素浸种浓度;以最适浓度浸种配合200×酵素稀释液叶面喷施进行双因素盆栽试验,设置清水浸种+清水叶面喷施(Z0P0)、酵素浸种+清水叶面喷施(Z1P0)、清水浸种+酵素叶面喷施(Z0P1)、酵素浸种+酵素叶面喷施(Z1P1)4个处理,测定出苗25d后的株高、相对叶绿素含量(SPAD)、根长、植株干物质量及根冠比等指标.结果表明:J80、J100、J120处理的种子发芽势和发芽率均高于CK,其中J80的发芽率为90%,显著高于CK(82%)(P<0.05),农用酵素浸种适宜浓度为稀释80×.盆栽试验中,Z1P1的株高较Z0P0高13.54%(P<0.05),Z1P0和Z0P1的株高分别较Z0P0高 3.26%和5.23%;Z1P0和 Z1P1 的根长分别比 Z0P0 高 60.12%和 43.87%(P<0.05),Z0P1根长较 Z0P0 高 26.08%;Z1P0和Z0P1的幼苗干物质积累分别较Z0P0高47.48%、34.33%(P<0.05),Z1P,幼苗的干物质积累较Z0P0高22.85%;而 Z0P0、Z0P1、Z1P1 的 SPAD 分别较 Z1P0高 7.99%、8.49%、12.01%(P<0.05),所有盆栽处理的根冠比均<0.5.通过隶属函数综合评价可知,Z1P1处理对大豆幼苗生长促进效果优于其他处理.综上,农用酵素80×稀释液浸种配合200×酵素稀释液喷施(Z1P1)可有效促进大豆种子萌发、幼苗的株高和生物量积累,有利于实现有机旱作大豆高效优质生产.

To study the effects of agricultural Jiaosu on seed germination and seedling growth of soybean,soybean variety'Zhonghuahuang No.1'was used as test material.In germination test,three concentrations of agricultural Jiaosu were set up,which diluted 80 ×(J80),100 ×(J100)and 120 ×(J120),and the control was water(CK).The optimal concentration of Jiaosu soaking was selected according to the germination energy and germination rate.A two-factor pot experiment was conducted using seed soaking at the most suitable concentration combined with foliar spray of 200 × Jiaosu dilution solution.Four treatments were set up:Seed soaking with clear water+foliar spray with clear water(Z0P0),seed soaking with Jiaosu+foliar spray with clear water(Z1P0),seed soaking with clear water+foliar spray with Jiaosu(Z0P1),and seed soaking with Jiaosu+foliar spray with Jiaosu(Z1P1).The plant height,relative chlorophyll content(SPAD),root length,plant dry matter weight and root shoot ratio were determined at 25 d after seedling emergence.The results showed that the germination energy and germination rate of seeds treated with J80,J100 and J120 were higher than those of CK.The germination rate of J80 was 90%,which was significantly higher than CK(82%)(P<0.05).The suitable concentration of agricultural Jiaosu for soaking seeds is diluted 80 ×.In the pot experiment,plant height of Z1P,was increased by 13.54%(P<0.05)compared to Z0P0,while the plant height of Z1P0 and Z0P1 was 3.26%and 5.23%higher than that of Z0P0.The root length of Z1P0 and Z1P1increased by 60.12%and 43.87%compared to Z0P0(P<0.05),respectively,and root length of Z0P1 was 26.08%higher than that of Z0P0.The seedling dry matter accumulation of Z1P0 and Z0P1 was increased by 47.48%and 34.33%compared with Z0P0,respectively(P<0.05),while dry matter accumulation of Z1P1 seedlings was 22.85%higher than that of Z0P0.The SPAD of Z0P0,Z0P1 and Z1P1 was 7.99%,8.49%,and 12.01%higher than that of Z1P0(P<0.05).And all pot treatments had root shoot ratios<0.5.Comprehensive evaluation based on membership functions indicates that treatment Z1P1 has better effect on promoting soybean seedling growth than other treatments.In conclusion,seed soaking in 80 × diluted agricultural Jiaosu solution combined with spraying with a 200 × diluted Jiaosu solution(Z1P1)can effectively promote soybean seed germination,enhance seedling height and biomass accumulation of seedlings,which is conducive to achieving efficient and high-quality organic dry-farming soybean production.
