真菌Ndt80-like蛋白研究进展OA
Recent advances on fungal Ndt80-like proteins
为全面了解Ndt80-like蛋白功能、探究其作为靶点开发抗真菌药物的潜力,以"Ndt80"、"Ndt80-like protein"和"真菌"为关键词,检索国内外相关文献,总结分析Ndt80-like蛋白的结构和其在有性生殖、减数分裂、环境营养感知和细胞代谢重塑等方面的功能,并对Ndt80-like蛋白作为靶点开发抗真菌药物的可行性进行展望.结果表明:1)子囊菌(Ascomycetes)和担子菌(Basidiomycetes)的Ndt80-like蛋白DNA结合结构域高度保守,激活结构域高度可变;2)真菌Ndt80-like蛋白是调控有性生殖和减数分裂的关键转录激活因子;3)Ndt80-like蛋白通过整合多种营养信号来调控真菌的发育和环境适应性.综上,真菌Ndt80-like蛋白作为p53-like超家族转录因子,在真菌的有性生殖、生长发育、代谢重塑、环境胁迫响应及侵染致病的过程中发挥了核心作用,在真菌病害防控及高效工业生产底盘菌株构建中具有潜在的应用价值.
To gain a comprehensive understanding of Ndt80-like protein functions and explore their potential as targets for antifungal drug development,a systematic literature search was conducted in this study by taking the keywords"Ndt80""Ndt80-like protein"and"fungi".The structure of Ndt80-like proteins and their roles in sexual reproduction,meiosis,environmental nutrient sensing,and cellular metabolic remodeling were summarized.The feasibility of developing antifungal drugs targeting these proteins was assessed.The results show that:1)The DNA-binding domains of Ndt80-like proteins are highly conserved in both Ascomycetes and Basidiomycetes,while their activation domains are highly variable.2)Ndt80-like proteins are the key transcriptional activators that regulate sexual reproduction and meiosis in fungi.3)These proteins integrate multiple nutrient signals to modulate fungal development and environmental adaptation.In summary,the fungal Ndt80-like proteins,as members of the p53-like superfamily of transcription factors,play a central role in regulating fungal sexual reproduction,growth and development,metabolic remodeling,environmental stress responses,and pathogenicity.They hold significant application potential for fungal disease control and the development of highly efficient industrial chassis strains.
