节律性听觉刺激在dPMC脑卒中偏瘫患者中的应用效果OA
The Application Effect of Rhythmic Auditory Stimulation in dPMC Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia
目的:分析节律性听觉刺激在背侧前运动皮质(dPMC)脑卒中偏瘫患者中的应用效果.方法:根据随机数字表法将 2021 年 2 月—2024 年 2 月南华大学附属长沙中心医院收治的 67 例dPMC脑卒中偏瘫患者分为对照组(n=33)和观察组(n=34),对照组接受常规康复干预,观察组在常规康复干预基础上增加节律性听觉刺激干预.两组均连续干预 2 周.对比两组步态分析结果、下肢运动功能、平衡功能.结果:干预后,两组步长较干预前增加,步频、步速较干预前增快,步行周期较干预前缩短,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表、Berg平衡量表评分较干预前升高,且观察组较对照组更高(P<0.05).结论:在常规康复干预基础上加入节律性听觉刺激可进一步改善dPMC脑卒中偏瘫患者的步行功能,有利于下肢运动功能和平衡功能的恢复.
Objective:To analyze the application effect of rhythmic auditory stimulation in dorsal premotor cortex(dPMC)stroke patients with hemiplegia.Method:According to the random number table method,67 dPMC stroke patients with hemiplegia admitted to Nanhua University Affiliated Changsha Central Hospital from February 2021 to February 2024 were divided into control group(n=33)and observation group(n=34).The control group received routine rehabilitation intervention,and the observation group received rhythmic auditory stimulation intervention on the basis of routine rehabilitation intervention.The two groups were continuously intervened for 2 weeks.The gait analysis results,lower limb motor function and balance function of the two groups were compared.Result:After intervention,the step length of both groups increased compared with those before intervention,the step frequency and step speed increased compared with those before intervention,and the walking cycle shortened compared with those before intervention,and those of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Fugl-Meyer motor function scale and Berg balance scale in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adding rhythmic auditory stimulation on the basis of routine rehabilitation intervention can further improve the walking function of dPMC stroke patients with hemiplegia,which is conducive to the recovery of lower limb motor function and balance function.
