快速康复外科下阶梯式护理联合强化锻炼对半月板损伤患者的影响OA

Objective:To investigate the effect of stepwise nursing under rapid rehabilitation surgery combined with intensive exercise on patients with meniscus injury.Method:According to the random number table method,80 patients with meniscus injury collected from January 2022 to January 2024 in the Orthopedics Department of Yingtan People's Hospital were divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing and routine postoperative training,while the study group was treated with stepwise nursing under rapid rehabilitation surgery combined with intensive exercise.Both groups were continuously intervented for 12 weeks.The knee joint function before operation and at 1 and 4,12 weeks after the operation,recovery time of knee joint range of motion,knee joint pain score before the operation and at 12,24 and 48 hours after the operation and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The knee joint function scores at 1 and 4,12 weeks after the operation of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of various ranges of motion of the knee joint in the study group were earlier than those in the control group(P<0.05).The knee joint pain scores at 12,24,48 h after operation of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The stepwise nursing under rapid rehabilitation surgery combined with intensive exercise can effectively improve the knee joint function of patients with meniscus injury and alleviate postoperative pain.
