目的:探索通过多元讲座式教学模式提升研究生新生实验技能与科研素养的可行性,从而解决"双一流"中医药院校因资源限制难以快速提升研究生新生科研能力的问题.方法:通过多元讲座式教学模式应用于研究生免疫学相关实验教学,以高效且经济的方式提升研究生的实验技术和科研素养.该讲座式教学围绕免疫学技术应用及基础医学研究选择9个相关实验技术,以线上、线下两种形式开展授课,并比较同学对线上和线下模式的反馈.结果:通过问卷调查进行教学反馈和评价,结果表明,多元讲座式教学模式有助于研究生新生快速了解基础医学研究中的常用免疫学实验技术、实验设计及前沿应用.在9个实验中,蛋白免疫印迹和流式细胞术是大多数研究生新生最希望了解和学习的免疫学实验技术.此外,与线下教学相比,线上教学能够提升课堂规模,最多可容纳500人同时在线听课,吸引了更多的校内外教职员工参与听课.线下教学则更有助于授课教师掌控课堂节奏并及时获得课堂反馈.结论:多元讲座式教学模式有望以更经济、更高效的形式为广大研究生新生提供系统学习免疫学相关实验技术的机会,从而提升中医院校研究生的科学素养,使其熟悉常用的实验技术,充分利用新技术、新方法推进中医药现代化研究.

Objective:To explore feasibility of enhancing experimental skills and scientific research literacy among new gradu-ate students through a multi-subject lectures instructional mode,thereby addressing challenge faced by"Double first-class"Traditional Chinese Medicine universities in improving graduate students'research capabilities due to limited resources.Methods:We explored multi-subject lecture instructional modes to rapidly improve experimental skills and scientific literacy of graduate students at minimal cost.Nine Immunology-related techniques were selected and delivered through online and in-person seminars,and teaching feedbacks were collected to analyze advantages and defects of online and in-person teaching modes.Results:Feedback and evaluations via ques-tionnaires showed this Multi-Subject Lecture method aids novices in swiftly familiarizing newcomers with common laboratory tech-niques and applications in cutting-edge research with 9 experiments.Among these,Western blot in-person cytometry are most-desired techniques for graduate students.Moreover,online sessions accommodated up to 500 students in class,attracting more faculty and staff from both inside and outside school.Conversely,in-person teaching facilitates instructor-paced control and immediate feedback.Conclusion:This Multi-Subject Lecture model has potential to economically and systematically offer a wider and specialized platform for systematic skill acquisition,enhancing graduates'scientific literacy,familiarizing them with prevalent techniques,fostering inno-vative thinking,and leveraging new technologies and methods to advance modernization research of TCM.
