人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾片联合阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗子宫颈HPV感染的效果OA

Objective:To analyze the effect of Human Interferon α2b Vaginal Effervescent Tablets combined with Live Lactobacillus Capsule for Vaginal Use in the treatment of cervical human papilloma virus(HPV)infection.Method:A total of 92 patients with cervical HPV infection admitted to Pingxiang Ganxi Cancer Hospital from January 2023 to September 2024 were included and divided into a control group(n=46)and an observation group(n=46)using a random number table method.The control group was treated with Human Interferon α2b Vaginal Effervescent Tablets,based on this,the observation group combined with Live Lactobacillus Capsule for Vaginal Use.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The efficacy,vaginal microecology,inflammatory markers[IL-6,IL-4,interferon-γ(IFN-γ)],and incidence of adverse reactions between two groups were compared.Result:Compared with the control group(80.43%),the total effective rate of the observation group(95.65%)after treatment was higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the normal rate of pH value,the negative rate of leukocyte esterase and the negative rate of hydrogen peroxide after treatment in the observation group were higher(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6 and IL-4 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of IFN-γ was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Human Interferon α2b Vaginal Effervescent Tablets combined with Live Lactobacillus Capsule for Vaginal Use have a definite therapeutic effect on cervical HPV infection,which can promote the recovery of vaginal microecological function and alleviate inflammatory responses.
