溶酶体调控骨稳态的作用与机制的研究进展OA

Research progress on the role and mechanism of lysosomes in regulating bone homeostasis

骨骼系统对机械刺激和激素波动等因素高度敏感.在生理条件下,骨骼处于持续的骨吸收和骨形成的动态重塑过程,以维持其内部结构和功能的相对稳定,也被称为骨稳态.溶酶体是细胞内重要细胞器,能够响应营养信号并在维持细胞稳态中发挥重要作用.骨骼系统中,溶酶体可通过细胞自噬、溶酶体胞吐和溶酶体钙信号等多种途径参与调控骨髓间充质干细胞、成骨细胞及破骨细胞的功能,维持骨形成和骨降解之间的平衡.本文对溶酶体在调控骨稳态中的作用与机制的研究进展进行总结和分析.

The skeletal system is highly sensitive to mechanical stimulation and hormonal fluctuations,and its growth and maintenance are in a state of dynamic equilibrium.Under physiological conditions,the skeletal tissue maintains bone homeostasis,a balance between bone resorption and formation,to ensure structural and functional integrity.The relative stability of the internal environment is regulated by dynamic remodeling of the skeletal system.Lysosomes are key organelles that not only mediate autophagy to degrade proteins and dama-ged organelles,but also respond to nutrient signals and help maintain cellular homeostasis.They regulate the functions of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells,osteoblasts,and osteoclasts through multiple pathways,including autophagy,exocytosis,and calcium signaling to maintain a balance between bone formation and resorption.
