目的 探讨百蕊颗粒对呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)感染肺组织中辅助性T细胞(Th)1/Th2细胞平衡及其相关细胞因子表达的影响.方法 选取2021年6月至2023年6月间我院收治的80例RSV感染的肺炎患儿,随机分为对照组和试验组.对照组给予常规对症治疗,试验组给予常规对症联合百蕊颗粒治疗.检测患儿外周血Th1、Th2细胞及相关细胞因子水平.将48只幼龄大鼠随机分为空白组、RSV组、百蕊颗粒低、高剂量组.制备RSV感染大鼠肺炎模型并给予百蕊颗粒治疗.测定大鼠肺系数和肺组织RSV载量;检测大鼠肺损伤、肺组织Th1、Th2细胞及相关细胞因子水平.结果 与对照组相比,试验组患儿总有效率提高,外周血Th1细胞及血清γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素(IL)-2、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平升高,Th2细胞及血清IL-4、IL-5、IL-13水平降低(P<0.05).与空白组相比,RSV组大鼠肺组织病理损伤严重,肺系数、肺组织病毒载量、Th2细胞及IL-4、IL-5、IL-13水平升高,Th1细胞及IFN-γ、IL-2、TNF-α水平降低(P<0.05);与RSV组相比,百蕊颗粒低、高剂量组大鼠肺组织病理损伤减轻,肺系数、肺组织病毒载量、Th2细胞及IL-4、IL-5、IL-13水平降低,Th1细胞及IFN-γ、IL-2、TNF-α水平升高(P<0.05).结论 百蕊颗粒能够调节RSV感染肺组织中Th1/Th2细胞平衡及相关细胞因子表达.

Objective To explore the effect of Bairui granules on T helper(Th)1/Th2 cell balance and expression of related cytokines in lung tissues infected with respiratory syncytial virus(RSV).Methods Eighty pediatric patients with RSV pneumonia admitted to our hospital between June 2021 and June 2023 were randomly divided into control and trial groups.The control group received routine symp-tomatic treatment whereas the trial group received routine symptomatic treatment in combination with Bairui granules.Th1 and Th2 cells and related cytokines were detected in the peripheral blood of pediatric patients.In addition,48 young rats were randomly divided into the blank,RSV,and low-or high-dose Bairui granule groups.In this study,a rat model of RSV-infected pneumonia was established and treated with Bairui granules.The lung cofficient and RSV load in rat lung tissues were measured,and lung injury,Th1 and Th2 cells,and related factor levels in lung tissues were detected.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate in the trial group was improved;Th1 cells in the peripheral blood and serum levels of interferon(IFN)-γ,interleukin(IL)-2,and tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α were increased,whereas Th2 cells and serum levels of IL-4,IL-5,and IL-13 were decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the blank group,rats in the RSV group showed severe pathological damage to the lung tissue,increased lung cofficient,viral load,Th2 cells,IL-4,IL-5,and IL-13 levels,and decreased Th1 cells and IFN-γ,IL-2,and TNF-α levels(P<0.05).Compared with the RSV group,rats in the low-and high-dose Bairui granule groups showed reduced lung tissue damage,lower lung cofficient,decreased viral load,reduced Th2 cell,IL-4,IL-5,and IL-13 levels,as well as increased Th1 cell,IFN-γ,IL-2,and TNF-α levels(P<0.05).Conclusion Bairui granules can regu-late Th1/Th2 cell balance and expression of related cytokines in RSV-infected lung tissues.
