贵州罗甸县动物强制免疫"先打后补"免疫效果监测与讨论OA

To understand the immunization effect of"vaccinate first,reimburse later"policy for mandatory animal vaccina-tion on farms,this study conducted continuous monitoring on 8 farms.Serum samples were collected and detected using en-zyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),hemagglutination(HA),and hemagglutination inhibition(HI)tests,with a total of 1 546 serum samples tested.The results showed that before the implementation of the"vaccinate first,reimburse later"policy(i.e.,in 2021 and 2022),the average qualified rates of immune antibodies for type O foot-and-mouth disease and swine fever were 86.90%and 87.34%,respectively,and the average qualified rates of immune antibodies for H5 subtype and H7 subtype highly pathogenic avian influenza(abbreviated as HPAI)were 89.64%and 89.12%,respectively.After the implementation of the policy(i.e.,in 2023 and 2024),the average qualified rates of immune antibodies for type O foot-and-mouth disease and swine fever were 92.51%and 91.64%,respectively,and the average qualified rates of immune antibodies for H5 subtype and H7 subtype HPAI were 93.53%and 94.53%,respectively,all higher than those before the policy implementation.The study indicates that after the implementation of the"vaccinate first,reimburse later"policy,the effect of mandatory immunization has improved significantly,all reaching the standards stipulated by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs(≥70%)with overall satisfactory immunization outcomes.
