肉牛冻配改良点标准化建设实践与示范OA

The high-quality development of the beef cattle industry heavily relies on the efficiency of the improved breeding system.This paper focuses on the practical exploration and effectiveness analysis of the construction of"Standardized Beef Cat-tle Frozen Semen Breeding Improvement Demonstration Sites".By establishing a four-tier linkage mechanism of"municipal-lev-el breeding guidance,district-level resource support,township-level detailed management,and village-level implementation serv-ices",Ganzhou district successfully upgraded 20 out of the original 104 frozen semen breeding improvement sites into standard-ized demonstration sites.Key measures include:strict selection,training,and assessment of technical personnel;unified stand-ardization of the environment and equipment configuration of frozen semen breeding improvement rooms(including standard veterinary B-ultrasound machines,digital microscopes,etc.);implementation of the work philosophy of"improving skills-strengthening services-enhancing output";and the service approach of"on-site services-standardized operations-regular follow-ups-satisfactory results".The project implementation has significantly enhanced the technical service capacity at the grassroots level.The annual number of artificially inseminated cows in the district exceeds 100 000,and the improved beef cattle breed rate remains consistently above 98%,effectively promoting the breeding process of the new"Hexi Cattle"variety.
