5种常见饲用植物叶营养价值多维度评价OA
Multidimensional Evaluation of Nutritional Value of Five Common Woody Feed Plants
本研究构建了"基础养分-纯养分-活性成分-安全特性-加工特性"的五维度评价体系,并结合CRITIC权重法进行量化分析,系统评估银杏叶、构树叶、桑叶、元宝枫叶和艾叶作为叶类饲料的营养价值.结果表明,构树叶的粗蛋白CP(27.94%)含量显著高于其它4种饲用叶(P<0.05),粗纤维CF(9.29%)含量显著低于其它4种饲用叶(P<0.05),且黄曲霉毒素B1(1.77 μg/kg)、呕吐毒素(0.18 μg/g)和玉米赤霉烯酮(54.61 μg/kg)含量均显著低于其余4种饲用叶(P<0.05),常规养分得分(S1=0.571)、饲用安全得分(S3=0.710)和综合得分(ST=0.534)居首.元宝枫叶总黄酮(42.15 mg/g)、绿原酸(11.72 mg/g)和总酚(19.31 mg/g)含量均显著高于其它4种饲用叶(P<0.05),活性成分得分(S2=0.788)最优,综合得分(ST=0.478)排名第二.银杏叶粗脂肪(5.55%)与维生素E(46.52 mg/kg)含量显著高于其它4种饲用叶(P<0.05),黄曲霉毒素B1(7.44 μg/kg)和玉米赤霉烯酮(385.06 μg/kg)含量显著高于其余4种饲用叶(P<0.05),常规养分得分(S1=0.522)与活性成分得分(S2=0.466)排名第二;桑叶的草酸(6.08 mg/g)含量和休止角(35.2°)显著低于其余4种饲用叶(P<0.05),锌(166.75 mg/kg)含量显著高于其余4种饲用叶,饲用安全得分(S3=0.541)第二,综合得分(S2=0.443)第三.艾叶原花青素(8.29 mg/g)、铜(20.05 mg/kg)、铁(472.42 mg/kg)和锰(149.60 mg/kg)含量显著高于其余4种饲用叶(P<0.05),活性成分得分(S2=0.297)第三.综上可得,构树叶适宜作为蛋白型饲用资源开发;元宝枫叶和银杏叶在活性成分方面优势明显,具有开发为功能性饲料添加剂的潜力;桑叶在饲用安全性与加工特性上具有良好表现,艾叶则在特定营养素与生物活性成分方面具有补充价值.本研究通过科学系统的多维度评价,为叶类饲料资源的精准开发与"以木代粮"策略在低碳畜牧业中的实施提供了理论和数据支撑.
This resesach constructed a five-dimensional evaluation system of"basic nutrients-pure nutrients-active compo-nents-safety characteristics-processing properties"and combined it with the CRITIC weighting method for quantitative analysis to systematically evaluate the nutritional value of Ginkgo bi-loba leaves,Broussonetia papyrifera leaves,Morus alba leaves,Acer truncatum leaves and Artemisia argyi leaves as leafy feed.The results showed that the crude protein(CP)content of B.papyrifera leaves(27.94%)was significantly higher than that of the other four kinds of forage leaves(P<0.05),while the crude fiber(CF)content(9.29%)was sig-nificantly lower than that of the other four kinds of forage leaves(P<0.05).Moreover,the contents of aflatoxin B1(ABF1,1.77 μg/kg),deoxynivalenol(DON,0.18 μg/g)and zearalenone(ZEN,54.61 μg/kg)were significantly lower than those of the other four kinds of forage leaves(P<0.05).Its scores of conventional nutrients(S1=0.571),feed-ing safety(S3=0.710)and comprehensive score(ST=0.534)ranked first.The contents of total flavonoids(42.15 mg/g),chlorogenic acid(11.72 mg/g)and total phenols(19.31 mg/g)in A.truncatum leaves were significantly higher than those in the other four kinds of forage leaves(P<0.05),with the best score of active components(S2=0.788)and the second comprehensive score(ST=0.478).The contents of ether extract(EE,5.55%)and vitamin E(VE,46.52 mg/kg)in G.biloba leaves were significantly higher than those in the other four kinds of forage leaves(P<0.05),but the contents of AFB1(7.44 μg/kg)and ZEN(385.06 μg/kg)were significantly higher than those in the other four kinds of forage leaves(P<0.05).Its scores of conventional nutrients(S1=0.522)and active components(S2=0.466)ranked second.The oxalic acid content(6.08 mg/g)and angle of repose(35.2°)of M.alba leaves were significantly lower than those of the other four kinds of for-age leaves(P<0.05),while the zinc content(166.75 mg/kg)was significantly higher than that of the other four kinds of forage leaves.Its feeding safety score(S3=0.541)ranked sec-ond and comprehensive score(ST=0.443)ranked third.The contents of proanthocyanidins(8.29 mg/g),copper(20.05 mg/kg),iron(472.42 mg/kg)and manganese(149.60 mg/kg)in A.argyi leaves were significantly higher than those in the other four kinds of forage leaves(P<0.05),with the third score of active components(S2=0.297).In conclusion,B.papyrifera leaves are suitable for development as protein-type feed resources;A.truncatum leaves and G.biloba leaves have obvious advantages in active components and potential for development as functional feed additives;M.alba leaves have good performance in feeding safety and processing properties,while A.argyi leaves have supplementary value in specific nutrients and bioactive components.Through sci-entific and systematic multi-dimensional evaluation,this study provides theoretical and data support for the precise development of leafy feed resources and the implementation of the"wood instead of grain"strategy in low-carbon animal husbandry.
