灯盏花乙素对胃肠道疾病影响及机制研究进展OA
Research Progress on the Effects and Mechanisms of Scutellarin on Gastrointestinal Diseases
灯盏花乙素(SCU)作为灯盏细辛、灯盏花中的主要活性物质,其抗炎、抗氧化、改善微循环、调节免疫等药理作用已逐步得到阐明和关注.胃肠道疾病是临床常见疾病,包括胃炎、胃溃疡、肠炎、胃肠道肿瘤等,此类疾病病因繁杂,不仅影响胃肠道的正常消化、吸收,还可引起营养不良、贫血等一系列全身性病理改变.本文通过综述SCU对胃肠道疾病的影响及其可能的作用机制,旨在为SCU在胃肠道疾病的深入研究与临床应用奠定基础.
Scutellarin(SCU),the main active component of erigeron breviscapus and erigeron japonicas,has attracted increasing attention for its pharmacological effects,including anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,microcirculatory enhancement,and immunomodulatory prop-erties.Gastrointestinal diseases,which are common clinical conditions,include gastritis,gastric ulcers,enteritis,and gastrointestinal tumors.These diseases have multifactorial etiology and can seriously impair normal digestion and absorption,leading to malnutrition,anemia,and oth-er systemic complications.This article reviews the effects of SCU on gastrointestinal diseases and its possible mechanisms of action,providing a scientific basis for further research and clinical application of SCU in gastrointestinal diseases.
