目的 探讨运动联合呼吸训练对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(简称"慢阻肺病")患者的康复治疗作用.方法 选取92 例稳定期慢阻肺病患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各 46 例.对照组予以常规药物治疗,观察组在常规药物治疗的基础上,同时给予运动联合呼吸训练.比较两组患者治疗前后的肺功能及血气指标、运动耐力以及生活质量变化,以评价运动联合呼吸训练对慢阻肺病患者的康复治疗效果.结果 治疗后,观察组肺功能参数FVC、PEF、FEV1/FVC均优于对照组(P<0.05);PaO2 水平高于对照组,PaCO2 水平低于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后运动耐力比较,观察组的6MWD大于对照组,BS评分及各维度SGRQ评分均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 运动联合呼吸训练有助于慢阻肺病患者的康复,效果优于单纯药物治疗,可以改善患者的呼吸功能,提高患者的运动耐力和生活质量.

Objective To explore the rehabilitative effects of exercise combined with respiratory training on patients with stable chro-nic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 92 patients with COPD were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table,with 46 patients in each group.The control group received conventional drug treatment,while the observation group received exercise combined with respiratory training in addition to conventional drug treatment.The changes in pulmonary function,blood gas indicators,exercise tolerance,and quality of life before and after treatment in both groups to e-valuate the rehabilitative effect of exercise combined with respiratory training on patients with COPD.Results After treatment,the pulmonary function parameters FVC,PEF and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);The blood gas PaO2 level was higher and the PaCO2 level was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the 6MWD of the obser-vation group was greater than that of the control group,and the BS score and each dimension SGRQ score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Exercise combined with respiratory training is helpful for the rehabilitation of pa-tients with COPD,and its effect is superior to drug treatment alone.It can improve patients'respiratory function,increase their exercise toler-ance,and improve their quality of life.
