装配式可更换梁段翼缘开孔削弱型节点抗震性能研究OA
Seismic Performance for Prefabricated Replaceable Joint with Beam Flange Opening
[目的]为了防止钢梁发生梁柱连接处脆性破坏及实现震后结构的快速修复,提出了一种新型的装配式可更换梁段翼缘开孔削弱型节点.[方法]借助有限元分析软件ABAQUS进行新型节点抗震性能的数值模拟研究.首先验证有限元模型正确性,其次对比新型节点、传统梁柱焊接节点与装配式钢梁未削弱拼接型节点在循环荷载作用下的抗震性能,最后对新型节点进行变参数分析,探讨开孔半径和开孔数量对节点抗震性能的影响.[结果]研究结果表明:新型节点能够有效地将塑性铰转移至可更换梁段,在地震作用下梁柱节点保持弹性,震后可轻松更换.随着开孔半径的增大,节点承载能力逐渐下降,虽耗能能力有所提升,但刚度退化和延性系数并不理想,因此,建议开孔半径取梁翼缘外伸宽度的0.26倍;随着开孔数量的增多,节点承载能力略有减小,刚度退化速度没有显著提升,考虑到加工工艺的复杂程度,建议开孔数量取4个,既能保证节点耗能能力同时又具有足够的延性.
[Purposes]A novel type of prefabricated replaceable joint with beam flange openings is proposed to effectively prevent brittle damage at beam-column joint of steel beams and facilitate rap-id post-earthquake structural repair.[Methods]A numerical simulation study was conducted to in-vestigate the seismic performance of the new joint by utilizing the finite element analysis software ABAQUS.First,the accuracy of finite element model was verified.Second,the seismic performances of new joints,conventional beam-column welded joints,and prefabricated splice joint with unweak-ened steel beam under cyclic loading were compared.Finally,a variational parameter analysis of the new joint was performed to investigate the effect of the opening radius and the number of openings on the seismic performance of the proposed joint.[Results]The results demonstrate that the new joint can efficiently transfer plastic hinges to replaceable beams,and that beam-post joints remain elastic un-der seismic action and can be easily replaced after earthquakes.As the opening radius increases,the joint load capacity gradually decreases while the energy dissipation capacity increases.However,both stiffness degradation and ductility coefficient are unsatisfactory.The recommended radius of the open-ing should be 0.26 times the outward width of the beam flange.As the number of openings increases,the joint load capacity decreases slightly and the stiffness degradation rate does not increase significant-ly.The complexity of the processing technology necessitates a recommendation for 4 openings,which can effectively ensure the joints energy dissipation capacity and provide sufficient ductility.
