阿尔茨海默病Aβ免疫治疗的现状与展望OA
The current status and prospects of anti-Aβ immunotherapy for Alzheimer's disease
脑内β-淀粉样蛋白(β-Amyloid,Aβ)沉积是阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)发病的关键环节和早期改变,通过主动免疫和被动免疫清除Aβ是防治AD的重要策略.2023年以来,抗Aβ单克隆抗体仑卡奈单抗和多奈单抗先后获批上市,开启了Aβ免疫治疗时代.本文系统回顾了Aβ免疫治疗的发展历程、目前应用情况、正在开展的临床研究及今后的发展趋势.
The deposition of β-amyloid(Aβ)in the brain is a key pathogenesis and early change in Alzheimer's disease(AD).Clearing Aβ through active and passive immunity is an important strategy for preventing and treating AD.Since 2023,two anti-Aβ monoclonal antibodies,lecanemab and donanemab,have been launched successively,starting the era of Aβ immunotherapy.This article systematically reviews the history,current status,ongoing clinical research,and future development of Aβ immunotherapy.
