基于循环质量控制理念的三级分层护理在剖宫产术后的应用效果OA
Application effect of three-level hierarchical nursing based on the concept of cyclic quality control after cesarean section
目的 观察基于循环质量控制理念的三级分层护理在剖宫产术后的应用效果.方法 按照双色球法将西乡县人民医院 2023 年 3 月至 2025 年 3 月收治的 96 例剖宫产产妇分为两组,对照组(48 例)采用常规护理,观察组(48 例)采用基于循环质量控制理念的三级分层护理,比较两组应用效果.结果 护理后,观察组一般自我效能感量表、健康促进生活方式量表评分均高于对照组,汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分和产后并发症总发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 基于循环质量控制理念的三级分层护理能够增强剖宫产产妇的自我效能,促进其健康行为,缓解其负性情绪,减少产后并发症发生.
Objective To observe the application effect of three-level hierarchical nursing based on the concept of cyclic quality control after cesarean section.Methods According to the double color ball method,96 parturients with cesarean section admitted to Xixiang County People's Hospital from March 2023 to March 2025 were divided into two groups.The control group(48 cases)received routine nursing,while the observation group(48 cases)received three-level hierarchical nursing based on the concept of cyclic quality control.The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the observation group had higher scores in general self-efficacy scale and health-promoting lifestyle profile-Ⅱ compared to the control group,and lower scores in Hamilton anxiety scale and Hamilton depression scale,and a lower incidence of postpartum complications,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion Three-level hierarchical nursing based on the concept of cyclical quality control can enhance the self-efficacy in parturients with cesarean section,promote their healthy behaviors,alleviate their negative emotions,and reduce the occurrence of postpartum complications.
