穴位贴敷联合耳穴压豆及手指点穴对乳腺癌根治术患者术后症状改善、舒适度及睡眠质量的影响OA

Objective To explore the impact of acupoint application combined with auricular point pressing and finger pointing on postoperative symptom improvement,comfort level and sleep quality of patients undergoing radical mastectomy for breast cancer.Methods From February 2022 to March 2024,60 patients with breast cancer with vomiting and pain symptoms who underwent radical mastectomy in the Department of Thyroid and Breast Surgery of Taizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into two groups by the drawing method.The control group(30 cases)received traditional postoperative nursing,while the observation group(30 cases)received acupoint application combined with auricular point pressing and finger pointing on the basis of the control group.The symptom score,comfort score,and the excellent rate of sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent rate of sleep quality and comfort score after nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the symptom score after nursing was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application combined with auricular point pressing and finger pointing can promote the resolution of postoperative symptoms in patients with breast cancer after radical mastectomy,improve comfort level and sleep quality,which is worth promoting.
