吉木萨尔页岩油自喷生产井转抽时机优化OA
Optimization of the transition timing from natural flow to artificial lift in Jimusar shale oil wells
为了降低页岩油井生产后期由储层压力逐渐亏空导致的基质应力敏感伤害,优化水平井体积压裂后转抽开发策略,以最大化释放基质原油开发潜力,针对吉木萨尔页岩油藏的压裂、关井、生产和转抽全过程采用数值模拟的方法,对自喷期不同时间节点的压力和渗透率进行定量描述.研究表明,当油井井口压力下降至10.0 MPa时,上、下甜点储层因应力敏感发生严重的渗透率伤害,其中,上甜点储层改造区基质平均渗透率下降62.5%,下甜点伤害程度更严重,改造区基质平均渗透率下降76.0%.提高转抽时刻井口压力、降低转抽速度均有助于减缓储层伤害,提高单井的最终可采储量.以油井井口压力作为选择转抽时机的指标并确定转抽后的采液速度,当上甜点井口压力降至4.0~6.0 MPa时开始转抽,转抽制度选定抽液速度15~25 m³/d;下甜点井口压力降至2.0~4.0 MPa时开始转抽,抽液速度选择20~25 m³/d.研究成果对该地区及类似的页岩油井区自喷转抽时机优选具有指导意义.
To mitigate the matrix stress-sensitive damage induced by gradual reservoir pressure depletion during the late production stage of shale oil wells,and to optimize the post-fracturing development strategy for horizontal wells transitioning from natural flow to artificial lift,a numerical simulation approach was employed to maximize the development potential of matrix oil in Jimsar shale oil reservoir.The entire production process including hydraulic fracturing,well shut-in,natural flowing production,and the transition to artificial lift was simulated.The pressure and permeability evolution at different time points during the natural flowing stage were quantitatively characterized.Results indicate that when the wellhead pressure of an oil well declines to 10.0 MPa,severe stress-sensitive permeability damage occurs in both the upper and lower sweet spot reservoirs.Specifically,the average permeability of the substrate within the stimulated reservoir volume of the upper sweet spot reservoir decreases by 62.5%,while the lower sweet spot reservoir experiences more pronounced damage,with an average permeability reduction of 76%.Increasing the wellhead pressure at the transition point and reducing the pumping rate during the transition are both effective in alleviating reservoir damage and enhancing the estimated ultimate recovery(EUR)of a single well.Wellhead pressure is selected as the key indicator for determining the optimal transition timing,and the post-transition production rate.For wells targeting the upper sweet spot,artificial lift is recommended when the wellhead pressure declines to 4.0-6.0 MPa,with a pumping rate of 15-25 m3/d.For wells targeting the lower sweet spot,the transition should occur at a wellhead pressure of 2.0-4.0 MPa,with a pumping rate of 20-25 m3/d.The findings provide practical guidance for optimizing the transition from natural flow to artificial lift in shale oil wells in the Jimusar area and similar reservoirs.
