响应面法优化锰改性介孔陶粒去除铊废水工艺OA

Process optimization via response surface methodology for thallium removal wastewater by manganese-modified mesoporous ceramsite

为开发适用于水体铊污染治理的新型吸附剂,以锰改性介孔陶粒(Mn@Sic-MC)作为吸附材料,结合响应面法,通过单因素实验优化吸附条件,探究除铊(Tl)机理.实验结果表明,在响应面法优化获得的最佳条件(初始pH值为3.8,吸附剂投加量为53.5 g/L,吸附时间为9.9 h)下,Mn@Sic-MC对Tl的去除率达94.97%.静态吸附实验表明,吸附过程符合准二级动力学和Freundlich等温模型;竞争吸附实验结果显示,相对Tl单元体系,Tl-Pb、Tl-Zn二元体系及Tl-Pb-Zn三元体系中Tl的去除率分别下降了16.47%、18.93%和7.80%,但仍保持较高的去除效果,展现出良好的选择吸附性;解吸再生实验证实,Mn@Sic-MC具有一定的循环性能,3次再生后去除率仍保持85%以上,且材料损失率低于5%.研究成果可为重金属污染水体的治理提供借鉴.

To develop novel adsorbents for treating thallium(Tl)contaminated water,manganese-modified mesoporous ceramsite(Mn@Sic-MC)was prepared and employed as the adsorbent.Single-factor experiments combined with response surface methodology(RSM)were applied to optimize the absorption conditions and to explore the T1-removal mechanism.Under the RSM-optimized parameters(initial pH of 3.8,adsorbent dosage of 53.5 g/L,a contact time of 9.9 h),a Tl removal efficiency of 94.97%was achieved.The adsorption process was well described by the pseudo-second-order kinetic model and the Freundlich isotherm model.Competitive adsorption experiments revealed that,relative to the singleTl system,the removal efficiency of T1 decreased by 16.47%,18.93%,and 7.80%in the TlPb,TlZn,and TlPbZn systems respectively.Nevertheless,a high removal performance was maintained,demonstrating the favorable selective adsorption capability of Mn@SicMC.Desorption-regeneration experiments confirmed the material's recyclability,as the removal efficiency remained above 85%after three cycles,with a material loss rate below 5%.The study provides useful insights for the treatment of heavy-metal-contaminated wastewater.
