高速铁路开通与碳排放耦合协调度时空演变特征及影响因素研究OA
Research on Spatial-Temporal Evolution Characteristics and Influencing Factors between Coupling Coordination Degree of Opening of High Speed Railway and Carbon Emission
高速铁路作为现代化绿色交通的重要标志,其开通不仅带动沿线地区的经济增长,在一定程度上还有助于改善环境质量.基于熵值法构建高速铁路开通与碳排放的指标体系,并运用耦合协调度模型和空间计量模型,研究我国30个省份高速铁路开通与碳排放耦合协调度时空演变特征及影响因素.研究结果表明,2010-2022年高速铁路发展水平呈现明显的上升趋势,碳排放水平整体呈现下降趋势;全国层面、地区层面及省层面的耦合协调度均明显增加,截至2022年,处于协调发展阶段的省份明显增加;经济发展、城镇化、技术创新、金融发展水平及产业结构升级对高速铁路开通与碳排放的耦合协调度具有正向影响;环境规制和外商直接投资对高速铁路开通与碳排放的耦合协调度具有负向影响.
As an important symbol of modern green transportation,the opening of high speed railway not only drives the economic growth of the areas along the line but also helps improve the environmental quality to a certain extent.This paper constructed an index system for the opening of high speed railways and carbon emissions based on the entropy method and studied the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics and influencing factors of the coupling coordination degree between the opening of high speed railways and carbon emissions in 30 provinces of China from 2010 to 2022 by using the coupling coordination degree model and the spatial econometric model.The conclusions are as follows:From 2010 to 2022,the development level of high speed railway shows a significant upward trend,and the overall carbon emission level shows a downward trend.The coupling coordination degrees at the national level,regional level,and provincial level have all significantly increased.As of 2022,the number of provinces in the coordinated development stage has significantly increased.Economic development,urbanization,technological innovation,the improvement of financial development level,and the upgrading of industrial structure have a positive impact on the coupling coordination degree between the opening of high speed railways and carbon emissions.Environmental regulations and foreign direct investment have a negative impact on the coupling coordination degree between the opening of high speed railways and carbon emissions.
