新疆不同草地类NDVI近20年月际时空动态及其驱动因素OA

Analysis of the monthly spatiotemporal dynamics and driving factors of NDVI in different grassland types in Xinjiang over the past 20 years

新疆草地类型丰富,四季分明,草地生产力随季节波动显著,开展长时间序列及逐月动态监测,对精准掌握草地变化规律、科学保护与合理利用草地资源意义重大.以MODIS-NDVI为数据源,采用一元回归分析、多元残差分析及hurst指数,探讨了2001-2023 年 3-10 月新疆 11 个草地类归一化植被指数(NDVI)在年际和月际尺度的动态变化,并分析了气候和人类活动对其影响,以及未来变化趋势.结果表明:(1)2001-2023 年,新疆草地 NDVI 整体呈现波动增加趋势,增加趋势的面积占75.99%,减少趋势占的 5.86%;在月际变化中,草地平均NDVI呈现先增加后减小的趋势,7 月份达到峰值;年际动态中,4 月、5 月和 10 月的增加趋势最为明显,各类草地NDVI均呈现增加趋势;空间上呈现山地高、平原低的分布格局;(2)2001-2023年,气候变化和人类活动的综合作用是新疆多数草地NDVI增加的主导驱动因素,占比 55.13%;其中,人类活动对新疆草地NDVI变化的贡献率较气候变化更大,尤其在 5 月份,贡献率在 80%—100%区间的面积达到最高为 62.34%,在高寒类草地及沼泽中占比均超过 90%;(3)在荒漠草原类草地,降水和人口密度对NDVI的正贡献率较大,促进草地NDVI生长;高放牧强度会导致草地NDVI的减小,草地保护政策的完善与实施为草地 NDVI的改善提供了有利条件;(4)未来变化趋势上,新疆草地NDVI以增加趋势为主,占比 92.49%,但在 6-9月,未来呈现下降趋势的草地面积约占 25%,8 月达到 34.88%,温性草甸草原和山地草甸两类草地中呈现下降趋势的草地超过 10%,在未来的草地利用和管理中需要重点关注.

Xinjiang was rich in grassland types and had distinct seasons,with grassland productivity fluctuating significantly throughout the year.Conducting long-term and monthly dynamic monitoring was crucial for accurately understanding the patterns of grassland change and for the scientific protection and rational use of grassland resources.This study used MODIS-NDVI data and employed univariate regression analysis,multivariate residual analysis,and the Hurst index to explore the interannual and monthly dynamics of the normalized vegetation index(NDVI)of 11 grassland types in Xinjiang from March to October between 2001 and 2023.It also analyzed the impacts of climate and human activities and predicted future trends.The results showed that:(1)From 2001 to 2023,the NDVI of Xinjiang's grasslands generally showed a fluctuating increasing trend,with the area showing an increasing trend accounting for 75.99%and a decreasing trend accounting for 5.86%.In terms of inter-annual dynamics,the months of April,May,and October stand out with the most significant upward trends,and the NDVI of all types of grasslands shows an increasing pattern.Spatially,there was a distribution pattern of higher NDVI in mountainous areas and lower in plains.In terms of monthly changes,the average NDVI of grasslands first increased and then decreased,reaching a peak in July.(2)From 2001 to 2023,the combined effects of climate change and human activities were the main driving factors behind the increase in NDVI for most grasslands in Xinjiang,accounting for 55.13%.Among these,human activities contributed more to the changes in NDVI than climate change,especially in May,where the area with a contribution rate of 80%—100%was the highest at 62.34%.In alpine and swamp grasslands,the proportion exceeded 90%.(3)In desert steppe grasslands,precipitation and population density have a relatively large positive contribution rate to NDVI,which promotes the growth of grassland NDVI.However,high grazing intensity can lead to a decrease in grassland NDVI.The improvement and implementation of grassland protection policies have provided favorable conditions for the improvement of grassland NDVI.(4)In terms of future trends,the NDVI of Xinjiang's grasslands was mainly expected to increase,accounting for 92.49%.However,from June to September,the area of grasslands expected to show a decreasing trend in the future accounted for about 25%,reaching 34.88%in August.In temperate meadow grasslands and mountain meadow grasslands,more than 10%of grasslands were expected to show a decreasing trend,which required special attention in future grassland use and management.
