中欧班列铁路集装箱优化配置影响因素分析及运用管理建议OA

As a crucial carrier of the"Belt and Road Initiative",the China Railway Express has become a"golden corridor"connecting Asia and Europe.It has significantly boosted economic and trade cooperation and cultural exchanges between China and Europe,gradually evolving into a backbone of the Eurasian land transport system.Railway containers serve as one of the key transport carriers of the China Railway Express,and it is of great significance to study its optimal allocation system.This paper analyzed the current application status and main issues of railway containers in the China Railway Express.It examined key factors influencing the optimal allocation of railway containers from perspectives such as market demand,infrastructure,transport organization,and operational management.Additionally,an optimal allocation system for railway containers was designed.Suggestions for enhancing the management of railway containers in the China Railway Express were proposed,including strengthening the marketing capabilities of overseas operational points,optimizing end-to-end visual management of containers,promoting diversified leasing models,and establishing shared container resource pools.These strategies aim to support precise allocation and improved utilization of railway containers,contributing to the higher-quality and sustainable development of the China Railway Express.
