随着铁路物流市场化改革的推进,在铁路物流数智化转型背景下开展内勤生产组织优化对策的研究,有助于提升企业竞争力.为解决约定俗成的传统作业思维与迭代升级的信息技术运用之间的脱节、粗放的专业管控方式与数智化革新发展方向之间的错位、既有操作技能人才储备结构及培养路径与现代物流企业对复合型"技术+"人才需求之间的差距等问题,通过采取智能技术赋能对策实现提质降本增效、数据驱动管理对策提高专业管控能力、生产资源重构对策推进岗位优化、人才生态培育对策激发内生活力,为促进铁路物流企业内勤生产提质升级和减员增效提供参考.

With the advancement of market-oriented reforms in railway logistics and against the backdrop of digital and intelligent transformation,this paper investigated the optimization strategies of back-office organizations to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.It addressed the disconnection between the traditional operational thinking and the application of iterative and upgraded information technology,the mismatch between the extensive professional control methods and the direction of digital and intelligent innovation,and the gap between the existing talent reserve structure and training paths for operational skills and the demand for compound"technology+"talents in modern logistics enterprises.The research proposed strategies such as intelligent technology empowerment to achieve quality improvement,cost reduction,and efficiency enhancement,data-driven management to improve professional control capabilities,production resource reconfiguration to promote job optimization,and talent ecosystem cultivation to stimulate internal vitality.This provides a reference for promoting the quality improvement and efficiency enhancement of back-office in railway logistics enterprises,as well as reducing staff while increasing efficiency.
