高铁快运物流基地的各个功能区相对位置关系对物流基地整体布局影响较大,传统摆样法布局方式存在较强的主观性,无法客观、具体地反映各功能区关系.采用SLP平面布局方案研究法,将各功能区域的物流关系、非物流关系、综合关系等相互结合,通过定性与定量分析邯郸高铁快递物流基地的运量需求,划分确定各功能区域的规模,从而得出不同的平面布局方案.通过对方案的测评分析得出最优平面布局方案,结合工程现场情况对功能区域进行局部修正,最终得出邯郸高铁快运物流基地平面布置图.研究提出了一套贴合高铁快运物流基地实际作业流程,高效、快捷的平面布局设计方法,为高铁快运物流基地平面布局研究提供了依据,也为其规划和设计提供了理论参考.

The relative positional relationship of various functional areas within a high speed railway express logistics base significantly impacts the overall layout of the logistics base.Traditional layout methods,such as the trial-and-error approach,exhibit a strong degree of subjectivity and cannot objectively and specifically reflect the relationships among different functional areas.This study employed the systematic layout planning(SLP)method to integrate the logistics relationships,non-logistics relationships,and overall relationships of the various functional areas.Through both qualitative and quantitative analyses of the volume demand for the Handan high speed railway express logistics base,the scale of each functional area was determined,leading to the development of different plane layout schemes.Through evaluation and analysis of the proposed schemes,the optimal plane layout scheme was identified.Combining the actual conditions of the project site,local adjustments were made to the functional areas,resulting in the final layout plan for the Handan high speed railway express logistics base.This study presents a practical and efficient plane layout design method that aligns with the actual operational processes of high speed railway express logistics bases.It provides a basis for research on plane layouts and serves as a theoretical reference for their planning and design.
