铁路工程物资应急协同调度方案研究与应用OA
Research and Application of Emergency Collaborative Dispatch Plan for Railway Engineering Materials
在不同地形特征、多变气候和差异化运输需求等多维约束条件下,应急调度存在着决策信息分散、车辆定位追踪困难、应急处置流程不规范以及信息化支撑程度不足等问题,导致铁路工程物资运输容易中断,严重影响施工进度.针对信息融合程度低、定位追踪精度差等问题,提出了应急协同调度的总体目标和优化思路,并整合交通态势监控预警、车辆定位追踪、应急流程优化、车辆路径安排以及多专业信息共享等关键技术,设计支撑工程物资全程追溯和调度计划快速制定的应急协同调度信息系统.针对铁路工程物资运输途中可能发生的各项应急情况制定协同调度策略,保障工程物资及时、足量送达,支撑铁路工程建设按期竣工.
Under the multi-dimensional constraints of different terrain features,variable climates,and differentiated transportation needs,there are problems in emergency dispatch such as scattered decision-making information,difficulties in vehicle positioning and tracking,non-standard emergency response processes,and insufficient information technology support,which cause railway engineering material transportation be easily interrupted,seriously affecting construction progress.Addressing the issues of low information fusion and poor positioning and tracking accuracy,this study proposed overall goals and optimization ideas for emergency collaborative dispatch,integrated key technologies such as traffic situation monitoring and warning,vehicle positioning and tracking,emergency process optimization,vehicle path arrangement,and multi-disciplinary information sharing to design an emergency collaborative dispatch information system,which can support full traceability of engineering materials and rapid formulation of dispatch plans.The study develops collaborative dispatch strategies for various emergency situations that may occur during the transportation,ensure timely and sufficient delivery of engineering materials,and support railway construction complete on time.
