基于SWOT分析法的长三角铁路现代物流体系发展策略研究OA

The transformation of railway freight transportation to modern logistics not only helps to adapt to the market needs after industrial upgrading,but also is an important way to reduce the logistics costs of the whole society.This paper conducts a comprehensive analysis of railway freight operations within the Yangtze River Delta,employing SWOT analysis to systematically evaluate both internal strengths and weaknesses as well as external opportunities and threats that impact the company's business development.Furthermore,it proposes suggestions for constructing a railway modern logistics system in the Yangtze River Delta region,including actively expanding white cargo transportation services,optimizing railway freight organization,deepening the reform of railway logistics operation,promoting the transformation and upgrading of railway logistics terminals and driving the digital and intelligent transformation of logistics information through emerging technologies.Thus,this study provides references for building first-class railway modern transport enterprises and enhancing the market competitiveness and service level of railway freight in the Yangtze River Delta region.
