低空无人机技术在铁路行业的应用与展望OA
Application and Prospect of Low-Altitude Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Technology in Railway Industry
随着低空经济与"无人机+"应用的快速发展,低空无人机凭借高机动性、多传感器集成、高效率与低成本等优势,为各行业提供了新型技术手段.铁路作为国家关键交通基础设施,在工程建设、营运巡检、应急响应与安全管理等方面面临更高要求,低空无人机技术的应用潜力日益显著.通过系统梳理低空无人机技术的应用现状与发展趋势,重点探讨其在铁路领域中的应用需求、技术体系与典型场景,并剖析了当前面临的多源数据融合不足、通信与续航能力有限、安全可靠性与数据质量不足、模型精度与铁路行业需求不匹配、政策法规与人才支撑薄弱等挑战.在此基础上,提出低空无人机技术通过深度融合5G通信、人工智能与云计算等前沿技术,构建跨部门协同机制,推进标准体系建设、法规完善与人才培养等发展策略,以支持铁路系统智能化、信息化与数字化转型,助力铁路行业高质量发展.
With the rapid development of the low-altitude economy(LAE)and the expansion of"unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV+)"applications,low-altitude UAVs have emerged as an innovative technical solution across various industries,leveraging advantages such as high manoeuvrability,multi-sensor integration,high efficiency,and low operational costs.The railway sector,being a critical component of national transport infrastructure,faces increasingly demanding requirements in areas such as engineering construction,operational inspection,emergency response,and safety management.This has heightened the potential application of low-altitude UAV technology within the industry.This paper provided a systematic review of the current applications and development trends of low-altitude UAV technology,with a focus on its application requirements,technical framework,and typical scenarios in the railway sector.It further examined existing challenges,including insufficient multi-source data fusion,limitations in communication and endurance,issues concerning safety reliability and data quality,a mismatch between model accuracy and railway-specific requirements,as well as shortcomings in policy regulations and professional expertise.Based on this analysis,the study on low-altitude UAV technology proposed strategies such as deeper integration of cutting-edge technologies including 5G communications,artificial intelligence,and cloud computing;the establishment of cross-departmental collaboration mechanisms,and the advancement of standardisation systems,regulatory improvements,and talent development.These measures aim to support the intelligentization,informatization,and digital transformation of railway systems,thereby contributing to high-quality development in the railway industry.
