中医药治疗玫瑰痤疮的研究进展OA
Research Progress in the Treatment of Rosacea with Traditional Chinese Medicine
随着玫瑰痤疮患病率的增加,对人们生活产生了广泛的影响.中医学辨证施治玫瑰痤疮不仅实现了标本兼治,还兼顾了全身的调护.文章从玫瑰痤疮的病因病机出发,对中医内治法、中医外治法和联合疗法进行简要综述.结果表明,中医药在改善临床症状、修复皮肤屏障、降低复发率及提高患者生活质量等方面具有显著效果,为今后治疗玫瑰痤疮的临床研究提供借鉴.
Objective With the increasing prevalence of rosacea,it has had a wide-ranging impact on people's lives.The treatment of rosacea based on syndrome differentiation in traditional Chinese medicine not only achieves both symptom-atic and root treatment but also takes into account the overall health maintenance.This article aims to briefly review the in-ternal therapy,external therapy,and combined therapy of traditional Chinese medicine for rosacea,starting from its etiology and pathogenesis.The results show that traditional Chinese medicine has significant effects in improving clinical symptoms,repairing the skin barrier,reducing recurrence rates,and enhancing the quality of life of patients,aiming to provide valua-ble references for future clinical research on the treatment of rosacea.
