Research Progress on the Pharmacological Effects of Shenfu Injection in the Treatment of Heart Failure
近年来,参附注射液广泛用于各种心脏疾病、脓毒血症以及各种类型的休克等急危重症患者的治疗中,尤其在心力衰竭中的应用.文章主要阐释参附注射液在治疗心力衰竭方面的药理效应,包括可以有效通过抑制神经内分泌系统,抑制炎症因子,减少心肌炎症损伤,保护心肌细胞等,从而改善心脏功能,进而对其在该领域的应用提供参考建议.
In recent years,Shengfu injection has been widely used in the treatment of various critical and severe pa-tients,such as cardiovascular diseases,septicemia,and various types of shock,especially in the application of heart fail-ure.This article mainly elucidates the pharmacological effects of Shengfu injection in the treatment of heart failure in recent years,including effectively improving heart function by inhibiting the neuroendocrine system,inhibiting inflammatory fac-tors,reducing myocardial inflammatory damage,and protecting myocardial cells,thereby providing a reference for its appli-cation in this field.
