定制家具标准化研究与应用现状OA北大核心
Research and Application of Customized Furniture Standardization
近年来,随着消费者对个性化家居需求的日益增长,定制家具逐渐成为市场新宠;然而,定制家具在生产效率、质量稳定性以及成本控制等方面面临着诸多挑战,而标准化是解决这些问题的关键路径.文中基于文献调研和理论分析,解读定制家具标准化的内涵和关键技术,包括成组技术、信息模型编码技术、接口技术及信息交互与全链协同技术;通过对定制家具产品设计标准化、工艺过程标准化和管理过程标准化的研究,总结标准化在产品开发、制造流程和信息流转方面的应用;结合当前定制家具标准化的现状,从定制产品体系多元化、产业标准体系完善、全产业链信息协同、与人工智能结合等方面进行展望,以期为定制家具标准化能更好地应对市场变化、提高竞争力、实现可持续发展提供借鉴和帮助.
With the increasing demand for personalized home furnishings among consumers,the customized furniture market has been expanding rapidly.However,the industry faces challenges in production efficiency,quality stability and cost control,and standardization is a key path to solving these problems.Based on literature review and theoretical analysis,this paper explains the connotation and key technologies of customized furniture standardization,including grouping technology,information model coding technology,interfacing technology,and information interaction and whole-chain synergy technology.Through the study of product design standardization,process standardization,and management process standardization of customized furniture,it summarizes the application of standardization in product development,manufacturing process,and information circulation.Based on the current status of customized furniture standardization,the paper discusses the diversification of the customized product system,the improvement of the industrial standard system,the synergization of the whole industrial chain information,and the combination with artificial intelligence.It aims to provide references for the standardization of customized furniture to better cope with the market changes,improve competitiveness,and achieve sustainable development.
