细胞壁水作为影响木材性能的关键因素,其存在状态和分布特征一直是木材科学研究的核心课题.探究水分在细胞壁中的赋存形态、分布规律及其与木材力学性能的相互作用机制,对木材加工工艺优化和高效利用具有重要的理论指导价值.文中总结近年来木材细胞壁水分状态的研究进展,对木材水分吸着理论经典模型的基本概念进行简要介绍.随着技术的不断进步,各种新的表征技术在木材科学领域得到应用,对细胞壁水新的划分和命名方式开始出现.虽然不同的分类方式从多个维度揭示出木材细胞壁水分的特性,但也给相关领域的研究者带来一定认知困扰.为促进形成统一的命名规范,文中梳理木材细胞壁水的多种分类方式,并对其研究手段及优缺点进行总结,以期为木材科学基础研究提供有关细胞壁水分方面的清晰视角,并推动相关领域的进一步发展.

Cell wall water is a key factor affecting wood properties,and its state and characteristics have long been a research hotspot in wood science.The occurrence state and distribution pattern of moisture in cell wall and its interaction mechanism with wood mechanical properties offer fundamental guidance for optimizing wood processing and enhancing utilization efficiency.This review summarizes the recent research progress on the water state in wood cell wall and briefly introduces the basic concepts of classical models of wood moisture sorption theory.With the continuous advancement of technology,various new characterization techniques have been applied in the field of wood science,leading to the emergence of new ways to classify and name cell wall water.Although these different classification methods reveal the characteristics of water in wood cell wall from multiple dimensions,they also bring certain cognitive confusion to researchers in related fields.In order to form a unified naming norm,this paper reviews various classification methods of wood cell wall water and summarizes their research methods as well as their advantages and disadvantages,aiming to provide a perspective of cell wall water for the basic wood science study and promote the further development of the field.
