泛醇与不同活性物协同效应研究OA
Study on the synergistic effect between panthenol and different active substances
采用LPS诱导小鼠巨噬细胞R AW264.7株、睾酮和亚油酸诱导的皮脂腺细胞SZ95以及胶带撕拉前臂曲侧建立皮肤屏障受损模型,测定泛醇与活性物对一氧化氮(NO)、油脂合成的协同抑制作用、测定皮肤角质层含水量及经皮水分流失速率的变化情况.结果显示,0.3%的泛醇与0.3%的依克多因单独可抑制LPS诱导的巨噬细胞NO含量,相比于各自单独作用下,两者在联合作用下表现出更好的协同效果;泛醇与药用层孔菌提取物和烟酰胺组合在0.02%、0.2%、0.02%浓度配比下对油脂合成具有更好的协同抑制效果;在0~6 h内,泛醇与大分子透明质酸钠组合通过皮肤角质层含水量差值为3.79,表现出更稳定的保湿效果;在6,8 h下,泛醇与大分子透明质酸钠组合的经皮水分流失率均小于其他组合,表明该组合对皮肤屏障维护能力更优.
A skin barrier impairment model was established using LPS-induced RAW264.7 macrophage cells,testosterone and linoleic acid-induced sebaceous gland SZ95 cells,and tape stripping on the antecubital fossa.The synergistic inhibitory effects of panthenol and active ingredients on nitric oxide(NO)and sebum synthesis were measured,along with changes in stratum corneum hydration and transepidermal water loss rates.The results showed that 0.3%panthenol and 0.3%ectoin individually inhibited LPS-induced NO production in macrophages.When they were combined together,the better synergistic effects observed.The combination of panthenol with medicinal layer pore fungus extract and niacinamide at ratios of 0.02%,0.2%,and 0.02%exhibited superior synergistic inhibition of sebum synthesis.Within 0~6 h,the combination of panthenol and high molecular weight sodium hyaluronate demonstrated more stable moisturizing effects,where the stratum corneum hydration difference is 3.79.At 6 and 8 hours,the transepidermal water loss rates of the combination of panthenol and high molecular weight sodium hyaluronate were lower than that of other combinations,which indicated their superior skin barrier maintenance capability.
